Weighing over two hundred pounds, and showcasing exceptional craftsmanship, this custom slide door was meticulously crafted from heart pine. It was planed, finished, sanded, stained a deep ebony, and precisely balanced on a cast iron box rail.

This wood ceiling was made from seasoned rough-sawn yellow pine planks. It was installed using a biscuit joiner to prevent exposed hardware. It was stained a warm earthy brown that richens the room's essence.

The client requested a distressed door with a transom for ventilation to bring warmth to a modern home. Bob custom-made the doors, using a header he sourced from an Indian bazaar. He stained, painted, and sanded them, adding brushed gold hardware to enhance the Paris market aesthetic.

This oversized pool gate was custom-made from treated Southern Yellow Pine and stained black. The header was designed to allow the client's climbing roses to eventually grow up and over, creating a secret garden entrance.

Instead of using a typical stainless steel range hood, Bob built a custom frame to fit between the prehung cabinets perfectly and used oversized porcelain tiles for the fascia. The tiles complement the Italian Carrara marble used throughout the kitchen and pantry. The edging was crafted from hand-planed wood sanded smooth and stained ebony.
